Charles loves his toys and he is a big baby at approximately eight years old and 70 pounds. Charles is housebroken, crate trained, barks ALOT so he needs a lot of space. Charles is neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative. Charles appears to be good with indoor cats however, will chase cats relentlessly if outdoors. He would be best in a home with no cats, or a home where any cats are strictly indoors,

FURS holds monthly adoptions stands where those interested can meet our four-legged crew available for adoption. Our next adoption stand will be on April 27th 11 am - 2 pm at the Southern States In Midlothian (1200 Alverser Drive Midlothian 23113) We will also have an adoption stand on May 11th, 11 am - 1 pm, inside the Petco at Westchester Commons. (349 Perimeter Drive, Midlothian 23113) We can make alternate arrangements for meeting the FURS dogs but we would require an approved application for adoption. There is no fee or obligation with submitting an adoption application and applications can be completed online at www.fursdogs.com

A required step of our adoption process is to conduct a home visit. Since FURS is a very small, all-volunteer rescue, we can only support our adoption process to homes in the Richmond, VA and surrounding localities area
