Chance was dumped down a backroad and rescued. He was already neutered so we’ve assumed someone adopted him, realized he was too much work for them, and then dumped him down a road due to the shelter being full. Chance is currently being fostered and is ready for adoption. Chance is so sweet, playful, and goofy.
