He is very sweet once he's comfortable. He absolutely loves having dogs around in his foster home. <br/>Type of home needed: Cesar's ideal new home would be a patient and understanding home that will let him settle in with them and become part of the family. Cesar would love to have another dog in the home, big or small, he loves them all. I would suggest no young children as their energy may be too overwhelming for him to be able to settle in. <br/><br/>Special Needs: none <br/>Energy level: moderate <br/>Favorite things to do: hang out with his dogs friends, he follows around his foster human and be included in whatever is happening. He does like to cuddle now and he gives kisses. <br/>Commands: none yet<br/>Dogs: yes<br/>Cats: he has been non reactive with the cats<br/>Kids: we have not seen him with children and although we believe he would be gentle with children we think no young kids in his new home <br/>House-trained: so far he's good <br/>Crate-trained: yes very good in his crate<br/>Vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, tested 4DX negative
