Our veterinary partner estimates that Casper is 2 years old at the time of intake in January 2021. Casper is good with people and other dogs. Casper was tied to a car, dragged then left to die on the side of the road once again let down by humans. When you look at him, you can see all he wants is to be loved. His eyes say it all.

His foster reports that Casper is a super smart boy who loves to cuddle and chill in front of the TV. Casper got all A +'s on his doggie report card and his teacher says he is extremely intelligent as long as he doesn't drop out of school. He would love a family who will reinforce his training.
He has lived with a female pit mix

and they have been great together. He has lived with a new born and a pre-teen and has been excellent with both. Once he knows someone he loves them. He truly is like a giant baby who just wants to be loved, and involved and stimulated. He is highly food motivated so treats work amazing for training him. He deserves the best as he is an incredible dog. He does have a lot of energy so an active family would be best for him.
