Hiya! My name is Casper. I am definitely not a ghost, but certainly a FRIENDLY PUPPY! I have short little pudgy legs, a long body and floppy ears! Cute as a bug in a rug and happy as any puppy can be, I am looking for a forever home where I can be active, playful and cuddly anytime I want. My mom is supposed to be a bassett hound/dachshund mix but I don't know who my dad is. I am lucky and look like my mom! I have it all (if I do say so myself)..... looks, brains and personality plus. Take me home and see how this ghost (ooops.... I mean puppy) can make your life full of giggles and smiles!<br/><br/>Casper is 9 weeks old and a chubby 8 lbs. He came to Rescue from a shelter in Kentucky where he had been living with his litter mates and mom tied to a tree in the dirt. Lucky family found a safe place with Rescue and a loving foster home.
