Casper's Story

Meet Casper
Casper is a beautiful white boxer mix with the cutest little black spots that make him extra special. He’s about 3 years old and has already been through more than he ever should have. Casper was found living on the streets with 10 other dogs, just trying to survive day to day.
Even after everything, Casper is incredibly social and loves being around people. He’s the kind of dog that just wants to be near you, soaking up attention and giving that same love right back.
He’s a medium-sized boy, currently under 50 pounds, but could definitely stand to gain a few pounds to get to a healthier weight. With good food and a stable home, he’s going to fill out nicely.
We believe Casper would do well with other dogs and even cats with slow, proper introductions. He has a great demeanor and just seems happy to be safe and cared for.
Casper has had a rough start, but he hasn’t let that define him. He’s ready to leave that life behind and finally have a place to call his own.
If you’re looking for a friendly, loving dog who just wants a second chance, Casper is your guy 🤍

Casper is going through heartworm treatment and will be neutered upon completion.

St. Clair TNR & Rescue's Adoption Policy
Making a furry addition to your family is a very important decision. All potential forever families must submit a completed adoption application on our website at https://stclairtnrandrescue.vistaprintdigital.com/. Information on the application will be verified. To ensure that each animal is matched to a compatible forever home, we require a minimum of one meet & greet session. All family members who will live in the home with the animal should be present at the meet & greet. We will then conduct a home visit. If everyone is in agreement, then it's adoption day! St. Clair TNR & Rescue reserves the right to deny any applicant.
