Our Mission

On October 9, 2013 I brought home my first puppy, Maggie. I always knew she was special! After becoming a member of an animal welfare group, I saw a need for more rescues and foster homes in our county. On May 18, 2017, with the support of Amy King (my TNR/rescue partner in crime), and all of the advocates, St. Clair TNR & Rescue officially opened. Two days later we rescued our first litter of kittens! We are a small rescue with big dreams! Until they are all home!

Adoption Policy

Making a furry addition to your family is a very important decision. All potential forever families must submit a completed adoption application on our website at https://stclairtnrandrescue.vistaprintdigital.com/. Information on the application will be verified. To ensure that each animal is matched to a compatible forever home, we require a minimum of one meet & greet session. All family members who will live in the home with the animal should be present at the meet & greet. We will then conduct a home visit. If everyone is in agreement, then it's adoption day! St. Clair TNR & Rescue reserves the right to deny any applicant.
