He was the star of our small town rodeo parade.<br/><br/>Cash is in our Bridge to Fur Ever Homes Program, where he lives with a Balanced Reinforcement Dog Trainer while he waits for his forever family. He was placed in this program after his previous owner threatened his life for “not listening.”<br/>Only later did we learn the truth: Cash is deaf.<br/><br/>But here’s the beautiful part — Cash hasn’t let that slow him down for a second. He’s bright, affectionate, eager to learn, and incredibly connected to the people around him. Deaf dogs adapt quickly, and Cash is already proving just how capable and resilient he is.<br/><br/>He’s a Border Collie/Heeler mix with all the love, heart, and potential packed into one fuzzy little cattle‑dog package.
