He was placed in this program after his previous owner threatened his life for “not listening.”<br/>Only later did we learn the truth: Cash is deaf.<br/><br/>But here’s the beautiful part — Cash hasn’t let that slow him down for a second. He’s bright, affectionate, eager to learn, and incredibly connected to the people around him. Many are adopted before reaching their foster homes in Pierce, King, or Snohomish Counties.
