Meet Carter

Carter is a one year old black and tan hound mix with a pretty white speckled coat on his chest and foot. Carter came in with his brother Johnny. Johnny has a tail - Carter broke his tail and had to have it amputated. When Carter went to the vet to be spayed, it was discovered that he had a penis inside the cavity. So, Carter is now a boy.

Carter and Johnny are not bonded but do play really well together if you are looking for two great dogs. Both are gentle and house broken.
