Carter Pit Bull Terrier Tullahoma, TN

Lookout for this playful little pittie! Carter is here to demand your attention. He LOVES people. He sometimes is a bit much for small people, but Carter loves nothing more than to crawl up in someone's lap, get a hug, and fall asleep.

Carter does need some training, as most dogs do, for his manners. He sometimes gets too excited and carried away with himself. He has been fostered several times and each foster family has said that Carter is a very sweet dog! He is young still and would love for you to give him a chance!

Carter was adopted once for six months but the lady moved and tried to surrender him to animal control in a different state. The shelter there told her that they were full and a few weeks later Carter was mysteriously found running loose on his own. We made arrangements with the agency there to meet us half way between the states and we got Carter back. He is still our happy little guy, he just weighs 20 pounds more!
