Caroline's Story

🎶 Sweet Caroline… BA BA BAAA! 🎶
Good times never seemed so good — especially with Caroline by your side!
This 19-week-old Mastiff/Great Dane mix is already 55 pounds of love, legs, and lovable goofiness. And just like the song, she’ll have you smiling and singing along in no time. Big puppy? Yes. Big personality? Absolutely. Big heart? The biggest.
Caroline would love another playful dog in her forever home. She’s a social butterfly with her canine friends and would thrive with a buddy to wrestle, romp, and zoom around the yard with. Having a confident dog companion would also help her continue building confidence in new situations.
She can be a little shy when meeting new people or facing new experiences — the world is still a big place when you’re a baby giant! But give her a little time, and once she settles in, she’s all sweetness and affection. Hands touching hands… reaching out… touching youuu. (Okay, maybe with her paws.)
As you might expect from a 55-pound puppy, Caroline is still working on her manners. She does jump up when she gets excited — she just loves being close! Because of her size and enthusiasm, she probably isn’t the best fit for small kids who might get accidentally bowled over by her joyful greetings.
She’ll need continued training and socialization to help her grow into the gentle giant she’s meant to be. She can be barky with cats, but with proper introductions and consistent guidance, she may learn to live peacefully with feline friends.
Caroline would do best with an experienced large-breed owner who understands that raising a future gentle giant takes patience, structure, and commitment — but the reward is enormous (literally and figuratively).
If you’re ready for a loyal best friend who will make every day feel like a sing-along, Caroline is ready to be your “so good, so good, so good!” 💛🐾
