He loves spending time with his canine pals and happily soaks up every bit of attention from his human admirers, too. <br/> <br/>When Carlos arrived at the shelter, he showed signs of an old injury to one of his back legs. While he doesn't bear weight on it, he gets around well and doesn't appear to be in any discomfort. He hasn't let it slow him down or dampen his joyful outlook on life. <br/> <br/>Carlos has so much love to give and is ready to trade shelter life for a family of his own.
