Meet Carla! <br/><br/>This sweet little girl was found abandoned and alone in an area where she had little chance of being noticed. Thankfully, our rescue team found her and brought her to safety.<br/><br/>Carla is an incredibly loving and affectionate pup who weighs just 14 pounds. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, has no prey drive toward cats, and absolutely loves people.
