Meet Carla! This beautiful auburn colored gal has settled into a foster home where she's coexisting peacefully with the resident cat and is loving having a playful canine foster sibling! No little dogs for Carla unfortunately though! She prefers canine friends her own size.
Carla is around 3 years old. She's housebroken, crate trained, and oh so smart! This girl knows "sit", "down", and "rollover" and will happily demonstrate each one as soon as treats appear.
Carla was obviously hitting the gym hard before she came to the shelter and has muscles most of us could only dream of! She's a super strong lady and was somewhat difficult to walk at the shelter because of that. However, she recently started attending a basic obedience class to work more on her leash skills and is already showing herself to be much more manageable on a leash!
Carla is very responsive to her "person" or "people" and will bond hard. She's your typical velcro pittie and loves to be wherever you are, especially on your lap if it's available!
