We are only adopting Cappy to a local family. Cappy is an Imperial Shih Tzu, bred to be smaller than a standard Shih Tzu. He is 10# and was not reclaimed when found as a stray. We are requiring a secure fenced in yard and looking for a younger family with children for this 1 yr. old boy to grow with and another small dog for companionship.
