I love to "assis" or sit and I love to "couche" lie down also, I have great recall "au pied" or heel. I love to show you all my tricks like balancing a treat on my nose and wait patiently. But not to worry - I'm still a very very bouncy poodle and you'll never feel more loved than when you get home after a couple days away. Kids make me nervous unless they act like grownups around me and I want to eat all of the squirrels and other small fury things - I will chase Geese from your lawn (which is a bonus since I'm currently at my lakefront in Calabogie Ontario). I am pretty scared of other dogs and it comes across as being quite mean. I will need lots of guidance and patience to help with my possessiveness and dog reactivity. I will need someone who can hold me and strong enough if I get scared. I need to really trust my people and I can calm down quite easily when reassured. But I am the most cuddly, friendly, sweet and loving dog. My name is Cannelle which means Cinnamon in french. (spelled with an xtra "n" cause I'm Nice. I have been loved all my life and it truly shows.
