Rescued in an emergency mission from a difficult situation in NC, she is now safe, warm, and ready to find her true forever home.<br/><br/>Her Special Superpower: She’s Deaf!<br/>Candy is a "silent seeker"—she experiences the world through her nose, her eyes, and her heart.
