Candace's Story
Meet Candace, the observer of the group- the one who watches first, then decides if its worth joining in (spoiler: it usually is). She's curious, a little thoughtful for a puppy, and loves to follow people around like she's supervising their every move. Once she warms up, she turns into a playful little shadow who wants to be wherever the action is. Candace would do best with someone ready for a smart pup who will absolutely keep tabs on everything you do. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.

CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP. Our license is #268235-DS.
