Calypso - NH's Story
Breed: Australian Cattle Dog Mix
DOB: 3 years +/-est; Female
Weight: 47lbs
Medical: Up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped
Cat Friendly: Unknown
Dog Friendly: Yes
Kid Friendly: Yes
House Trained: Yes.
Crate Trained: Yes
Location: Nashua, NH
Have you thought about getting a dog but you're not ready for the responsibility of leashes, training, walks in the rain, and all that other hoopla that comes along with it? Not ready to lose your mind, trying to find a flashlight to pick up dog pooh? Also, in the rain? Tired of sweeping the floors every time you drop a crumb? And pizza leftovers.....a shame every time you have to throw them away.....
Well, We Have A Solution!!!! Meet Calypso!
Give her a chew bone shell chew with all her soul! Bell Rubs? Shell get lost in a good belly rub and snore away.
Like my father-in-law, in his Maserati, she can absolutely hit a zoomie at 100 mph and stop on a dime before taking out a member of the family in the backyard. But at speeds like that, be grateful she knows how to be a true lady. She gets out of the car to poop in the backyard and prefers a shaded pee spot.
When she's not in the backyard with her other three doggy playmates, she's in the kitchen, learning tricks for pizza rolls.
Dislikes: when the grease to cheese ratio is off on our late night McDoubles runs.
"Uh, dog in the back, offer a snack? "
Pan pizza....no, just no. Unless its Sicilian? No.
Likes: Warm hand tossed pizza with pineapple, you heathens!
Mani/pedis with some "hot tea"
65 mph sprints around the back yard followed by nude sunbathing. Its all out there, hope the backyard in fenced in.
Kids, they taste like peanut butter and rain snacks.
Every dog she comes across.
Her crate if you boojie that palace up like a princess deserves.

I mean, she survived Texas infamous death row, and her face looks like a studded winter tire after a New England winter. Even after all that, she still has nothing, but love and kisses left to give.
So, if you have a reasonable sized back yard for her to have a go around, she's your girl. If the dog is too young for a spay/neuter, then they will be adopted with a spay/neuter contract and $100 deposit. We do not have a physical shelter; all our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
