Hello! I’m Calli! I'm a friendly gal who is looking to take is easy and enjoy a forever home! I came to the shelter with a litter of my puppies and now that they are old enough to be on their own I'm looking forward to long walks, laying around the house, enjoying toys, all the good stuff! I'm a bit shy at first so I may need some time to open up and I'd do best in a house with adults and older children (5+ y/o); be sure to bring everyone to the meet in greet to ensure a good fit. I would prefer to be your one and only dog at home in order to soak up all the attention. If you like to go for walks, enjoy relaxing evenings on the couch, and have the patience to help me blossom then I look forward to meeting you!

Great Plains SPCA's Adoption Policy
We are open for adoptions, no appointment necessary, Wednesdays through Sundays from 11am-7pm. On Monday and Tuesday, we are available for adoptions by appointment only. -We recommend (and in some cases require) that all members of the household meet the pet prior to adoption. -Great Plains SPCA runs background checks on adopters and adults in the home over 18. -Great Plains SPCA requires all visitors to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth at all times while inside our buildings. Disposable masks are available upon request. If you have any questions about our adoptable pets, please call (913) 831-7722 or email adoptions@greatplainsspca.org. Our expert matchmakers look forward to finding you the perfect furry family member! Adoption Requirements: - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older. - For the safety and health of our animals, we do not ship pets. - Pet adoption fees range from $60 to $450. Our adoption fees help to offset the cost of evaluation, housing, feeding and medical care for the thousands of animals needing our help. We do our best to keep our adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. The adoption fee for each animal varies and is dependent on many factors including: age, size, behavior, medical condition, and public demand.
