Caesar's Story

Meet Caesar

Caesar is a one-year-old, 57 lb. Sheepdog/Schnauzer Mix with a huge heart and so much love to give. He's affectionate, intelligent, playful, and happiest when he's right by your side.

Caesar is an active young dog who would thrive with someone who enjoys long walks, hikes, playtime, and continuing his training. With two strong working breeds in his mix, he's incredibly smart and eager to learn, and he'll do best in a patient, loving home that is committed to giving him structure, consistency, and plenty of activity. And after all that adventure, Caesar is more than happy to curl up next to you on the couch for some serious snuggle time.

He is kennel trained and does great with both big and small dogs. No cats, please. Caesar can live with children ages seven and up. Although he is comfortable in his kennel, he can become anxious when left kenneled for extended periods, so we're looking for a home where he won't regularly be alone for more than a few hours at a time.

Originally found as a stray in Auburn, Washington, Caesar has become a beautiful member of our pack. Now he's ready for the next chapter: a forever family of his own.

Caesar wants to give you all the love, loyalty, kisses, and companionship in the world. He just needs someone ready to give that same unconditional love back to him.

Caesar's adoption fee is $295 and he's neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Apply to meet Caesar today.

The Asher House's Adoption Policy
The Asher House currently focuses on adoptions within Oregon, Washington, and Idaho so that we can provide post-adoption support to our adopters and animals. If you live in one of these three states and see a dog you’re interested in, please complete our adoption application. As part of our adoption process, we ask for two references and conduct a video home check. If we believe one of our animals could be a good match for you, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet for everyone in your household, including your current dog(s). This gives everyone an opportunity to meet and helps us determine together whether the adoption is the right fit. Our goal is always to create safe, loving, and successful lifelong matches for our animals and their adopters. All of our adoptable animals are on our website www.theasherhouse.com.
