Cade is looking for a forever home to adopt him and take him home when he arrives from out of state on August 7th!! This sweet boy has been overlooked for months with our rescue partners down south for no reason other than he is black, he is an adult and he is heartworm positive. Those are the three strikes that people overlook him, but fear not he is an amazing dog. Past his crazy puppy stage, this guy is going to be that perfect balance between having energy to run around the yard, go for walks or hikes and relax at home. He is estimated to be about 4-5 years old. He is great with other dogs, doesn’t seem to mind kitties and loves any and every human he meets. He does well in his crate (though at night will just sleep on a bed on the floor), appears potty trained and really just a great dog. In his previous life he had a gap in heartworm prevention, so he is heartworm positive, however the treatment for that is included in his adoption fee at our vets. Requirements: Home with yard space

Adoption Fee: $450 + tax. This includes neuter/spay, current vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm/tick testing if appropriate, deworming, microchip, and current preventatives
