After coming to KC PAWS, Cactus headed straight into a loving foster home where he’s been learning the ropes of being an indoor dog — and he’s catching on quickly.<br/><br/>Like most puppies his age, Cactus is all energy and enthusiasm. His favorite hobbies include running, playing, exploring, and then playing some more.
