Meet Butch – fostered in Mount Albert!<br/><br/>Butch may have a big, tough-guy name, but this 5 lb, 8-year-old Yorkie is all sweetness and snuggles. With a big personality packed into such a tiny body, he’s truly one of the cutest little guys around.<br/><br/>Butch is happiest curled up beside you, soaking in all the love—but he’s also perfectly content entertaining himself or joining in for some fun. He enjoys his walks, loves car rides, and has an easygoing nature that makes him a joy to be around. He seems to get along well with everyone he meets!<br/><br/>Butch seems to be house trained and is great at giving signals when he needs to go outside. With a bit of routine and consistency, he’ll continue to do well.<br/><br/>This little guy recently had a dental and left a few teeth behind for the tooth fairy—who made sure to reward him with some tasty treats! He’s feeling great and ready for his next chapter.<br/><br/>Butch is incredibly cuddly and would happily let you sleep in while he snoozes beside you (often under the covers!). He’s the perfect lap dog and would do wonderfully in an apartment setting, as long as he gets regular walks. He’s also good on leash and can be left alone for short periods.<br/><br/>Like all Yorkies, he’ll need consistent grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. Because he’s so tiny, he shouldn’t be jumping on and off furniture, as he could easily get hurt—he’ll do best in a home that understands how to keep small dogs safe.<br/><br/>One important note: no cats for Butch, as he will chase them and make them very unhappy.<br/><br/>Butch is fully vetted and ready to find his perfect forever home.
