Application: Complete the adoption application (with photos and brief descriptions of past or current pets): https://forms.gle/9vBTeT7Dd99dZX627 2. Interview: If there is a potential match, we schedule a ~30-minute interview to learn more about your household, lifestyle, and expectations. 3. Home Check + References: A virtual or in-person home check and reference verification are conducted to ensure a safe and appropriate environment. 4. Two-Week Trial: A two-week trial period begins upon placement. Daily updates (brief text + photo/video) are required to monitor adjustment, safety, and decompression. Registration & Safety: Adopters agree to register the dog with municipal licensing and a national microchip registry (ex: Free Pet Chip Registry). Appropriate safety equipment (GPS tracker, martingale collar, harness) must be used. A photo of the equipment and feeding setup must be provided during the trial period. Post-Adoption Support: Our rescue provides continued support for behavior, health, training, decompression, and transition. For urgent concerns, text Kseniya Freda — (617) 901-7097.
