Cumberland Animal Control does not currently require an Adoption Fee at this time. This is subject to change. At this time, Cumberland Animal Control requires Adopters to fill out an Adoption Application swearing to no prior Animal Cruelty or Inadequate Care violations. Once approved, Adopters must sign and comply to our 90-Day Sterilization Contract.
