Bunny's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Dust Bunny!

Bunny is spayed and estimated to be about 2 years old. Though she could gain a pound or two, she currently sits at about 11lb!

Bunny wants to be where you are. All. The. Time. If you’re looking for a cuddly lap warmer, this girl would love to be your little shadow. She is a people lover through and through, and gets excited each time anyone comes home ( or enters a room for that matter)! Though she is a young dog, she’s certainly an old soul. She’s learning to play with toys, but mostly wants to spend her time being pet.

That being said, she is crated trained and quiet when you leave the house! She has also proven herself to be already potty trained.

She is tolerant of grooming, and will need some brushing as her coat repairs itself—but appears to be non shedding. Her coat is thin and a little scraggly right now, hence the name!

Bunny needs to be an only pet in her home, as she resource guards attention, space, and food from other animals. She is not and will never be a dog park dog, nor will she want dog/cat friends. She can tolerate dogs for outings like walks out in public or patio sitting, but simply does not want to share her people. She is perfectly content only hanging out with people!

Bunny currently lives with a young child and has been nothing but gentle with her, so she’d likely do great in a house with them
