Bump's Story

Meet Bump! She's 3 years old, 18 pounds, and shaped a little bit like a baked potato in the cutest possible way.

Bump ended up at a rural shelter after being found as a stray, and because there weren't many adopters coming through, they reached out to us to take her in. There was also one tiny detail everyone was concerned about at first...they thought she was pregnant! Turns out, Bump was not pregnant. Just a little chunky.

It does look like she's had litters in the past, but those days are officially over. Now Bump gets to focus on much more important things like cuddling, snacks, making friends, and figuring out where the comfiest blanket in the house is.

She's a really easy dog to be around. Sweet, gentle, and very go-with-the-flow. She likes meeting people, does great with other dogs, and settles into new situations surprisingly well. She enjoys being held and loved on, but she's not clingy about it. She's just happy to be included. Bump also has a playful little side that pops out once she's comfortable with just enough silliness to keep life fun.

She feels like the type of dog who could fit into a lot of different homes because she's so adaptable and uncomplicated. She's affectionate, social, and cute enough to get away with just about anything. Interested in this sweet little girl? Please inquire today!
