Budgie is a 3 years old male Pit Bull Terrier/Mix who weighs 41 pounds.<br/><br/>Meet Budgie!<br/><br/>Budgie is a playful, energetic and active 3 year old pit bull mix looking for his forever home! He came to us as a stray and has slowly begun to show us his true personality.<br/><br/>Budgie can be cautious meeting new people and will often bark when he is feeling unsure. Don't let this fool you though, underneath his initial uneasiness is a chaotic, lovable, puppy looking for love. He loves to spend his time outside going for walks and would love an adopter who can continue to build his confidence while making sure he gets enough mental and physical stimulation.<br/><br/>Budgie is still perfecting his manners and learning that the world is not a scary place. He loves treats and is hoping to find a home that can continue to help him grow into a confident young man. He would do best in a home without small children as he can be rambunctious and jumpy. We think Budgie would do best as the only dog. We have no history of Budgie with cats.<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting Budgie, please come to the shelter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12-4pm during our walk in adoption hours
