Buddy and Pal would be perfect companions for an active family with children and other pets – especially one that doesn’t need a purebred pup to steal their hearts. <br/>They are just amazing, deserving boys and we hope you will consider giving them a chance to experience the carefree, love-filled, lives they have been missing for so long. ​<br/><br/>Buddy is a seven-year-old, 20-lb. boy and Pal is his two-year-old, 16-lb. son. We are told that they are a Bichon/Shih Tzu mix. Most of their lives were spent either outside or in a crate, so they are now discovering what it feels like to be part of a loving home. Deeply bonded, they must be adopted together. These boys are high energy and very active. They adore racing around and entertaining each other in their backyard and especially enjoy it when their great foster mom joins in the fun. Walks are another favorite! They love everybody – people, other pets, anyone who crosses their path. In the house, they are perfect little gentlemen, well-behaved when foster mom is at work.<br/><br/>Buddy and Pal have been fully vetted, vaccinated and recently neutered. Both have been treated for ear allergies. They enjoy their weekly baths and have great appetites. While both boys seem to be house trained, we expect they will need a refresher in any new home.<br/><br/>These two are truly special boys who are ready for a fresh start. They’re affectionate, spirited, and so eager to belong.
