This guy is looking for a pet free foster home. He does not like Cats unless he is snacking, and hecan be selective of other dogs. He did well with a female that was very submissive, however he would not do well with intact males or reactive dogs. He has just tested Heartworm positive. and needs a place to complete treatment before he can be officially adopted. He likes company so preferably someone that is home more often then not. And has a large fenced in yard for him to lounge in the sun and run and play. He did well at the vet on leash and in the van in his crate, he knows sit, shake a paw, lay down and stay. He is clean in his kennel, and is quiet when there are no other dogs around. His ideal foster or foster to adopt home would be someone that is patient, able to drive him to and from vet appointments, comfortable administering oral medications, and loves company.
Buddy has been vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, neutered, treated with Advantix, and is currently undergoing treatment for Heartworm. He came to us as an unclaimed stray from Animal Care Centre Lobo.


The adoption fee is $400 and includes spay/neuter (dogs over 6 months), vaccines, heartworm test (dogs over 6 months), deworming, Flea and tick prevention and microchip. Please visit www.paws-united.com to fill out an application.
**For puppies under 6 months a $100 spay/neuter rebate will be given with proof of spay/neuter certificate signed by a vet, if they have not been done prior to adoption.**
**Please note we DO NOT adopt our dogs as outdoor/farm dogs. These dogs are coming to us as stray, roaming or dogs that have lived a life tied to a chain. Our goal is to bring them in the house off the chain and give them a pampered indoor dogs lifestyle. Unless otherwise stated we will not even consider a home that has intentions of leaving our dogs outdoors or tied to a chain**
