Meet Bucky

Meet Bucky! He is a 3-4 yr old Retriever mix. Bucky is dog friendly and housebroken. He came to the shelter about 7 months ago highly aggressive. It took a while for the staff to share their lunches with him to get him to let us touch him. Now we are able to walk him on a leash which he does great. He loves couch potato time and will put all of his weight on you to love him. He doesn't like his shoulder areas to be messed with. The owner stated that their father beat him with a cane. He has some trust issues but once he trusts you, he is the sweetest most affectionate happy boy.

Bucky loves car rides and is very food motivated.
