I didn't always know kindness--my brother and I were found in the middle of nowhere, hungry, scared, and running from everyone. It took time and patience, but I finally learned to feel safe and loved. Now I enjoy walks, playing with other dogs, and napping in the sun. I'm still a little reserved at first, but once I feel comfortable, I'll be right by your side, ready for cuddles and belly rubs. I'd love a home with another friendly dog, a yard to relax in, and people--especially kids--who are gentle and kind. I do best with company and wouldn't be happy left alone for long. I know some basic commands like stay and come, and I walk well on leash.
