Our Mission
Affect positive change in animal welfare by reducing the over-population of stray dogs through sterilization (spay/neuter) campaigns, empowering rescatistas (rescuers-fosters) in La Paz to make positive changes in their communities by providing support and tools necessary to foster the stray dogs they rescue.
Adoption Policy
1. Adopters complete an adoption application (online).
2. An interview (usually via Zoom video call) is scheduled.
3. References are checked.
4. Adoption is approved and transfer of the dog is arranged.
In some cases we do a meet and greet (if the dog is in foster care near the adopter) and sometimes the meeting is via a video call on Zoom where the adopter sees the dog in it's foster-home environment and can ask questions directly of the foster family.
