OH BUBBA! The man, the myth, the legend. Bubba was at-risk in the shelter given his age and the severity of his skin and ear infections. He is estimated to be 8 years old and weighs a solid 70 lbs. Bubba is believed to be mostly deaf and partially blind but he gets around just fine! He was in rough shape when we first net him but some tender love and care (plus some meds and consistent vet visits) made a world of difference and this guy is looking like a totally different dog! He’s made great progress and still has some fur to grow back but he is ready to start the search to find his forever home. Bubba is a giant mush, just look at his photos! He naps the day away, loves sunning himself in the yard, and lives for cuddles on the couch. He is quite possibly the best sidekick you could ever imagine. He’s dog-friendly but given his senior status and slow-moving nature, he’d do best in a home with another mellow pup or one that doesn’t mind that he’ll take the bench for physical activities. Bubba is also quite the charmer and wouldn’t be mad if he was the king of the castle as a solo pup. When he first arrived in our care he had a severe UTI which impacted his potty training skills but he’s on the up and up and with a consistent routine, he’s gotten back in control and into the swing of things. Bubba is well-mannered in the house and is really just looking for a home where he can be the recipient of all doting and affection. He will win every contest for who can sleep in the latest and will be snuggled in close for every tv-streaming-marathon you’d ever have. He’ll make a wonderful addition to any household looking for a sweet senior bulldog to join their family!!
