Bruno's Story

Bruno is a sweet Great Dane who is four and a half years old. Similar to most GD dogs, he loves to snuggle and play, enjoys zoomies a few times a day, and also needs good rest time. Bruno attaches to his owners and likes to be in close proximity to comfort, but is kennel trained. Similar to GD dogs, he will be the best fit for a home without young children or elderly due to his size (140 pounds) and natural lack of spatial awareness. He will also be the best fit for a home without other dogs (or with dogs similar to him who like to play rough). Different than most GD dogs, he does not get along with cats. Bruno loves to sleep and will take a lot of time for naps and bedtime. At his age, Bruno has a natural desire to meet and play with every new dog near him, which makes walks in a crowded suburban neighborhood with other dogs a little tough. He is working on this and needs more training in this area. He will be the best fit for a more rural space during exercise. Overall, he is a loving and good-natured dog who will nestle himself into your heart.
