Brownie's Story
Brownie is a 10-week-old Boykin Spaniel mix weighing just 5 pounds, and she's officially ready to find her forever family!

Brownie and her siblings got their start when their pregnant mom wandered onto the property of a kind family. When no owner could be found, they welcomed her in, gave her a safe place to have her puppies, and worked with a local rescue to get everyone the help they needed. BCAA was then able to step in to help find these precious pups their forever homes.

Brownie has been participating in the New Leash on Life prison dog program, where she's getting a wonderful head start on potty training, crate training, leash skills, and socialization. Like any young puppy, she'll need continued training and consistency as she grows, but she's already off to a fantastic start.

Her mom, Bindi, is a beautiful 27-pound chocolate Boykin Spaniel mix. Since dad is unknown, we can't predict Brownie's adult size, but based on her current size, we expect she'll stay on the smaller side of medium.

If you're looking for a tiny, adorable puppy ready to grow up by your side, Brownie may be the perfect match. She is available now!

To apply to adopt Brownie, visit bcaaofnj.org.
