His dad cried saying goodbye, and it broke my heart. 💔 <br/><br/>This sweet boy needs just a few minutes to warm up to new people, then he’s all love. 😊 However he is still very protective of his home, so I would recommend crating when guests are around.<br/><br/>He’s 1–2 years old, 15–20 pounds, and reminds us of a small Australian Shepherd mix. He’s been great with the dogs and cats he’s met here and would love a fenced yard and a furry friend in his new home. 🐶🐱 He needs an adult home ONLY.<br/><br/>He is neutered, updated on all shots, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and on preventatives.<br/><br/>💲 Adoption fee: $200 (covers neuter, shots, microchip, HW test, prevention & more) Must remain on heartworm prevention for life. <br/><br/>Apply at: www.fureverfurkids.com (Home check required. FURever FURkids Rescue's Adoption Policy
We are primarily a dog rescue. We are not able to take in cats (unless you can foster the cat) until a home can be found. To contact us, please email us at fureverfurkids@gmail.com. If interested in adopting, please read the pets’ full listing and if they sound like a good fit, fill out the application on our website www.fureverfurkids.com **If there is an error message, try again later. Sometimes I’m looking at applications and it makes the website unavailable for some reason.** The application is the 1st step. If the application is approved, we will check with your veterinarian for a reference. Finally, we will meet at your home (if local) for a home check. If not local, we ask for videos/pictures of your home, then we will let you know at the "meet and greet" if you are approved to officially adopt!
