MY STORY: Britannia is a sweet Shih Tzu who spent her life as a breeding dog and is now blossoming in her foster home. Britannia has been in her foster home for a month and is doing wonderfully. She has had only one potty accident and has slept peacefully in bed with her foster parents since day one. She is calm, quiet, and incredibly easy to have in the home. Britannia adores other dogs and relies on them for confidence and guidance. She loves to cuddle with her foster siblings, and would thrive in a home with another dog to help her continue building trust. She’s becoming more affectionate every day and now greets her foster parents excitedly when they get home from work. Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN.
