Brian's Story

Brian is an 8-year-old Lhasa Apso born 1-18-2018, weighing 22 lbs. He’s the definition of a couch potato — switching couches is basically his idea of exercise. Brian would do best in a quieter home without a lot of hustle and bustle.

He can be a bit wary of strangers and makes a great little watchdog. This is a breed that can take some time to trust new people, but once he does, he is very loyal to his family. Brian likes other dogs, but he would really prefer to have his person all to himself. Like many Lhasa Apsos, he prefers a calm environment and would be happiest with adults or older, respectful children who understand his space.

Brian is not overly needy and has an independent side. If you want a dog who is happy to sit next to you without having to be attached at your hip, he may be your perfect match.

Ready to adopt?
