Brewski

We rescued Brewski out of a homeless encampment when his owner asked for assistance with a litter of puppies they could not care for. Brewski's owner wanted a better life for the puppies and seemed to really care for them. Brewski is social, confident and a happy puppy who deserves a stable life and humans who can care for him.

- Approximate date of birth: 7/16/26

- Weighs 16 pounds on 10/29/26 and we think Brewski will likely mature to 45-60 pounds full grown. We cannot guarantee size at maturity but give our best estimate.

- Social, active, smart boy! Eager to learn and figures things out quickly - like the doggie door!

- Possibly a German Shepherd mix. He likely has quite a few breeds mixed in there.

- Fostered with kind, fair adult dogs, small kids, cats and rabbits. Brewski is getting lots of good exposure and socialization in his foster home! Brewski is very playful with the resident, large breed dog in the home so any dogs in his future home he will try to actively play with.

- Getting the hang of potty training with just one or two potty accidents per day. He is a young puppy that is catching on quickly but he will need continued supervision and routine to be fully potty trained.

- Crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night

- Loves toys and is already happy to fetch if you toss the toy! Enjoys playing tug too.

- Knows "sit" and is eager to train and work for treats. Learning to walk on leash.

Brewski has had two rounds of puppy vaccines, rabies and kennel cough vaccines. He is microchipped, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery at our partner veterinary clinic in SW Portland when he is between 7 months to 1 year of age. We like to give our young puppies their growth hormones longer and wait on spay/neuter so they have a better chance of having health joints as adult dogs. His adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Portland, Milwaukie or Tualatin.

$350 adoption fee

Fostered in Molalla, Oregon

COMPLETE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION FOR BREWSKI ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG
