He's a smart, loyal, and affectionate boy who forms strong bonds with his people and enjoys a healthy balance of playtime, enrichment, and relaxation. He embodies many classic Aussie traitseager to learn and happiest when he has both a routine and time to relax.<br/><br/>Boone rides well in the car, settles nicely in the home, and does not require crating when left alone. He could thrive with a well-matched canine companion who is social, dog-savvy, and able to settle between play sessions. He's a moderate energy dog; he appreciates a balance of activity, enrichment, and naps.<br/><br/>Like many herding breeds, Boone thrives with clear guidance and structure and is learning excellent skills, including fetch and recall. On walks, he is responsive to his handler and redirects easily from distractions when given guidance.<br/><br/>Boones ideal home will be committed to providing the clear communication, consistency, and enrichment that Aussies thrive on.
