Boone's Story

Sweet puppy Boone waited at the shelter for nearly 2 months and we can't figure out why! Thanks to a dedicated foster, our team at Dog Coalition LA was able to place him in a foster home in November, as the shelter is no place for a young dog to grow and learn.

In his foster home, Boone is decompressing from the stress of shelter living and beginning to learn all of the important doggie skills needed to continue to grow into a wonderful guy. Boone is working on house and crate training, leash training, boundaries, and more. He is puppy playful, gentle, and a very affectionate little guy. While we're still getting to know him, he is a young and shape-able pup that we believe would do well in a home with another dog.

We hope to find Boone a forever home that will continue to provide him with structure, enrichment, socialization, and lots of love as he grows up.

To meet Boone, please fill out an adoption form on dogcoalitionla.org/adopt and follow @dogcoaltionla for updates!
