Boo's Story

Boo is currently in a board-and-train program to help make her progress and training top-notch; while she cannot be visited at this time, she is still available for applications.

Boo is a beautiful, sweet girl who has been patiently waiting nearly two years for a place to call home. After struggling in the shelter environment, she's been thriving in a loving foster home where her true personality has been able to shine. She absolutely adores her people and is happiest when she's getting attention, belly rubs, or spending quality time by your side. Boo is highly toy-motivated-especially when it comes to squeaky toys-and her playful spirit makes her such a joy to be around.

Boo is an active girl who loves her walks and playtime, but she also has a wonderful ability to settle down and relax once she's gotten her energy out. She bonds quickly and deeply with her people and is looking for a home where she can continue to build trust and feel secure. Boo is dog selective, but we are happy to arrange a dog meet to ensure the right fit. She is showing positive behavior around cats and children, though she would do best with savvy kids during her initial transition. Boo walks beautifully on leash, rides great in the car, and looks to her humans for leadership and guidance. At her core, Boo is a loving, loyal companion who just wants to be cherished-and she's more than ready to give that love right back.
