Boo's Story

If you have toys, you will have a best friend in Boo! She is estimated to be about 10 months old and weighs 45 pounds right now.

Meet Boo, the absolutely gorgeous puppy who is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and maybe a few puppy shenanigans! Watch out for her silly full-body wiggle—it's her way of saying, "I'm so happy to see you!" This playful cutie is not only outgoing but also has the best pouty pout you'll ever see, it's impossible to resist. When she's not having fun with her toys, Boo loves to lean in for some serious snuggles and affection. She has a soft spot for plush toys, though she does need a little work on releasing them. But don’t worry, she’s a quick learner and is already doing great on trading up. Boo's playful spirit shines when she fetches tennis balls, she just loves that! She would thrive in an active home with a fun family that likes to play with her. Boo has such a great temperament, she just needs someone to invest time in basic manners work, leadership and structure for her. She will need a home where any children are at least 8 years old due to using her full body to show affection and she can play a bit rough. Boo would love it if you came to meet her, she would really like to grow up with her forever family.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Boo would love to meet them. She has a tall, friendly, loose approach with other dogs, but she is more interested in everything else that is going on around her!

If you are interested in Boo and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
