Bon Bon's Story
A bon bon is a small, sweet candy typically with a chocolate coating and a creamy or fruity center. 🍬 Biggie Paws has got the sweetest little Bon Bon treat for you!

She came all the way from Texas to be with her foster here in central 📍 Wisconsin. Bon Bon is currently 15 weeks and is a 20 pound delight that will likely grow to be a large sized snack of a pooch. She looks like a Border Collie or Australian Shepherd mix but her foster mom suspects 🤔 Great Pyrenees might be in her recipe somewhere due to her unusually calm demeanor for a puppy her age.

Bon Bon is more than just a regular pup though, she's an extra special tidbit... because she is deaf. Although she can not hear a thing, she's so much like a regular puppy! Her foster mom is teaching her some doggy sign language 🤟 and she is picking it up quick. She already has "sit" and "stay" down.

Those decadent, warm little chocolates 💩 Bon Bon knows to leave outside. She will occasionally have some accidents but is nearly potty trained. She sleeps in her kennel all night and when her people are gone. When she's roaming around the house 🏡 Bon Bon usually just wants to be next to her person and doesn't chew on or destroy anything... she's a very mild mannered delicacy!

Both her Texas and Wisconsin foster homes have kids, so children are something that Bon Bon knows and enjoys! She loves all other dogs and follows their cues as to when it's time to play or time to be lazy. She has also met some cats 🐈 at her new foster home, and there's even one that she plays with... gently of course! Bon Bon has also met chickens and a bunny, who she was curious about but has no desire to chase.

It's a good thing Bon Bon walks well on a leash! Because that is one of the precautions that has to be taken, since as a deaf dog, she cannot be called. 📣

Her adoption fee is $500, and since Bon Bon is not yet spayed, she will require a $150 spay & neuter deposit at adoption to ensure that she is spayed ✂️ in a timely manner. She is UTD on all age-appropriate shots and is microchipped.

You can apply to adopt Bon Bon at biggiepawsrescue.org

DATCP #494550DATCP # 494550
