Recently released from a breeding farm, Bolton is experiencing the kindness of humans for the first time, and he has proven to be as sweet as they come.<br/><br/>Please be sure to read the Breeder Release article on our website. <br/><br/>Foster Update: If you've been following Bolton on Facebook and read the comments from people that have met him, you've heard how sweet and easy going this guy is. It's all true!! Now it's time to find his forever family!<br/><br/>We're excited to announce that Bolton is house-trained! He has done a great job building consistency of not having any accidents in over 3 weeks! One caveat is that when he's alone for 3+ hours, I do put a male wrap diaper on him which he doesn't mind. .<br/><br/>Bolton has settled into his foster home and has been a little more vocal than when he initially arrived. If he hears someone at the door, if one of the other dogs starts barking or when he sees my husband he will bark. He's not afraid of men and he never shows any signs of aggression. We're working on the barking and he is responding to commands to stop.<br/><br/>Bolton continues to be a sweet lovable guy. He's very easy going with a mild temperament. We start each day with his morning snuggles and if I haven't spent much time with him throughout the day then we have night time snuggles, too! He likes those few minutes of sitting next to him, hugging him and letting him know what a good boy he is! The rest of his day can be filled with walks, naps, sniffing around outside, laying down with a fun chew toy and being the best sidekick companion that you could ask for!<br/><br/>Bolton gets along great with other dogs. He can be in a home with/without other dogs.<br/><br/>Bolton will be a loyal and loving companion for years to come, he's just looking for someone to love him back!<br/><br/>See more on his facebook page: Lake Life Foster Friends. <br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE: $550<br/><br/>To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION. <br/><br/>Adopters must be 24 years of age. We cannot adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. We are unable to guarantee the breeds of our dogs.<br/>WI License #270548.
