Bolt's Story

Meet Bolt! Bolt is a 2.5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with a heart as big as his fluffy frame. While he’s not quite ready for adoption just yet, he’s officially on the lookout for his forever home—and trust us, this sweet boy is going to make someone very lucky.

Bolt is the definition of a gentle, easygoing companion. He’s incredibly friendly, loves attention, and has a calm, relaxed nature that makes him a joy to be around. His perfect day? Lounging on the couch, playing in the yard, cuddling with his dog friends, and sneaking in some snuggles with the cats.

He’s lived successfully with both dogs and cats and would likely thrive in a home where he has companionship and space to relax and play. Bolt is potty trained, well-mannered, and brings that classic Bernese mix of playfulness and laid-back charm.

Bolt does have one quirky habit—he has a tendency to try and eat rocks, so he’ll need a home that can keep a close eye on him outdoors and help manage this behavior. With a little awareness and supervision, it’s very manageable.

If you’re looking for a loving, mellow, and affectionate dog to share your days with, Bolt might just be your perfect match.

Stay tuned as he completes his final steps, his forever home is out there, and he’s ready to find it.
