BOGART's Story

Meet Borgart! Borgart is an 8-month-old Cane Corso puppy with a big heart, a big personality, and an even bigger future ahead of him. This handsome boy is looking for a forever home that understands giant breed puppies and is ready to invest in helping him become the incredible dog he's meant to be.

Borgart is a friendly, social young dog who enjoys being around people and is generally easy to handle. While he's calm in his kennel, once he's out and about, his puppy enthusiasm takes over! He loves exploring the world and is eager to interact with everything around him.

Like many adolescent giant-breed dogs, Borgart hasn't quite figured out how big he is. He can be excitable, pulls hard on leash, and sometimes gets so excited that he forgets his manners altogether. He's still learning appropriate ways to interact with people and other dogs, and he'll need a family committed to providing consistent training, structure, and guidance.

Borgart has shown interest in other dogs but can be a little rude, and potentially overwhelming during introductions. Because of this, a dog-to-dog meet is required for any potential canine housemates. With proper training and management, he can continue learning appropriate social skills and become a much more polite playmate.

As a Cane Corso, Borgart is not just a puppy—he's a future giant breed companion who will need ongoing obedience training, socialization, and confident leadership. He's goofy, energetic, and sometimes clueless about his own size—but underneath it all is a sweet dog looking for someone to help guide him through adolescence and into adulthood.

If you're ready for a loyal companion, Borgart could be the perfect addition to your family.
