Bob is a 1 yo /27 lb scruffy A-dorable lowrider PAL!! With his short legs, shaggy fur and most soulful eyes, he's basically a walking heart-melter.<br/><br/>He came from a not-so-great situation, but you'd never know it by the way he loves his people! Bob has shown everyone just hie special he is — gentle, affectionate, and so very eager to bond with his people.
